Scrambled Eggs on Avocado Toast


Want to start your day with healthy and yummy breakfast that only takes 10 minutes? Here is the perfect one for you!

What you need

  • One egg
  • Half Avocado
  • One piece of bread – I used sourdough
  • butter or substitutes


  • black pepper
  • salt
  • a pinch of chime lime is surprisingly good but I didn’t use it this time
  • cheese (optional, I didn’t put one since Avocado is full of nutrients)


  • Medium heat to toast your bread with butter on both sides until it turned light brown
  • in the meantime, take out your avocado with spoon and make your avocado spread by pressing the avocado with spoon/fork
  • spread the avocado on the bread
  • put the bread in a pan again on medium heat for 1 minute
  • in the meantime, scramble your egg as usual
  • put the egg on top
  • add final touch of your salt, pepper, cheese or whatever you want

One bite, you will know that you can do anything! Go start your productive day and bon appetit!
